At Timeless Tiffany, all our lamps are unique handcrafted pieces. Because of this artisanal nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference.

Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
