Welcome to Studio Timeless. This website is owned and operated by WEBPULSE LIMITED COMPANY (EIN: 37-2121472), doing business as Studio Timeless. Throughout these pages, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Studio Timeless and WEBPULSE LIMITED COMPANY. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any additional policies mentioned within them.

If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using this website or our services.

1. Store Terms

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the place where you live, or that you have authorized any minor in your care to use this site under your supervision.

Our products may not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you must respect all laws that apply in your jurisdiction, including electrical safety regulations and building codes.

2. Product Details and Availability

We take great care to present product descriptions, specifications, finishes, certifications and photographs as faithfully as possible. Because our brass pieces are crafted by hand, slight differences in tone, texture, brushing and patina are normal. These variations are part of the character of the material and do not constitute defects.

Availability, prices, specifications and configurations may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Every order remains subject to our acceptance and to stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order at our sole discretion, for reasons that include suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, configuration errors or inventory constraints.

All payments are processed through secure third party payment providers. Studio Timeless never stores your complete payment information and has no access to it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Any delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates and carry no guarantee. Production schedules, carrier issues, customs clearance, weather events and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must meet the eligibility criteria and exclusions described in our Shipping and Returns Policy. Some items cannot be returned, including customized products, items produced to order, unlacquered brass finishes, and hardware such as knobs, handles and pulls.

When you place an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.

6. Installation and Electrical Safety Notice

Every electrical product we sell must be installed in full compliance with the local, regional and national electrical codes and regulations that apply to you. Installation should always be carried out by a qualified, licensed electrician.

The customer bears sole responsibility for ensuring that products are installed correctly, safely and lawfully. Studio Timeless accepts no responsibility for faulty installation, misuse, modification, or failure to respect installation instructions and electrical regulations.

Where a product holds a certification (such as a cULus listing or another rating), this information appears on the relevant product page. Before installation, it is your responsibility to verify product suitability, certification requirements, load ratings, wiring type and overall compatibility.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Studio Timeless declines any liability for damage, injury, loss or expense resulting from incorrect installation, unsafe electrical work, or the use of products after delivery.

7. Warranty

Studio Timeless offers a limited warranty of one (1) year, counted from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, unless a product page states otherwise.

The warranty applies only to products installed properly and used under normal conditions. It does not cover:

• ordinary wear and tear
• natural patina or changes in finish that develop over time
• installation that fails to comply with applicable requirements
• misuse, abuse or negligence
• electrical incompatibility or faulty wiring
• modifications or repairs carried out without our authorization

Claims must reach us within the warranty period and may require a proof of purchase, photographs or other supporting documents. Where a claim is accepted, we will decide, at our discretion, whether to repair, replace or refund the defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything published on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, documentation and software, belongs to Studio Timeless, operated by WEBPULSE LIMITED COMPANY, or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may lead to civil and criminal penalties.

Any interactive product configuration tool offered on this site, including its 3D models, texture assets, rendered previews, visual presentation and underlying code, was developed exclusively for Studio Timeless and remains the proprietary intellectual property of Studio Timeless and WEBPULSE LIMITED COMPANY. Copying, extracting, reverse engineering or reusing this tool or its assets, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden.

Photographs and other material submitted by customers, such as review images, remain the property of their respective authors. By sending content to Studio Timeless, you grant us a nonexclusive license to display it on this site. Third parties may not reproduce or redistribute customer content without express written consent.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any content from this site, including images, product descriptions, configurator assets and customer review media, without prior written authorization from Studio Timeless or WEBPULSE LIMITED COMPANY. Violations will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Studio Timeless shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages connected to your use of the website or of any product purchased from us.

In every case, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Studio Timeless, together with its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates, against any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a breach of these Terms, an improper installation, a violation of any law, or a misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Mexico and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless Section 12 provides otherwise, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim connected to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where the law allows it, disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not through class or representative proceedings.

13. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms prove unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without prior warning if you breach these Terms. Any obligation or liability that arose before termination will remain in force afterwards.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms whenever necessary. Updates take effect as soon as they are published on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
