Shipping policy

At Studio Timeless, our solid brass switches, outlets, and hardware are hand-finished to order. We ship across the United States with free standard delivery on all orders.


Processing & Handling Time

Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)
Handling time: 1–3 business days for in-stock items
Shipping time (after handling): 3–7 business days

Made-to-order items (out of stock items or specific custom finishes like unlacquered brass):
Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for production before shipping. These items are manufactured specifically upon order with our suppliers to ensure consistent quality and finish.


Shipping Times (After Handling)

Switches, outlets, and wall plates: 3–7 business days
Hardware (handles, knobs, pulls): 6–14 business days
Rush option (switches only): priority production with delivery typically 3–5 business days after production. Rush timing is not guaranteed and depends on current production volume.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.


International Orders

For shipments outside the United States, please contact us at support@studio-timeless.com for a custom quote. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their local government. Studio Timeless is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply. We recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout.


Batch Consistency

To help reduce variation between matching items, we do our best to ship products from the same order from the same production batch whenever possible. Because our brass is hand-finished, slight variation between batches is normal and is part of the character of real solid brass. This is not considered a defect.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
